Work Party at Church This Saturday!

This Saturday, November 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. there will be a work party to remove the sanctuary carpet, and we are looking for volunteers to help! If you are willing and able to help this Saturday, please RSVP to Cliff Best: cmtnbest@gmail.com and Ray Bliven: bpbc@bliven.me. Details for the day are below:

Project Overview:

1. Overview: The project involves removing and disposing of all the carpet in the sanctuary.

2. Removal: All carpet must be removed, including the stage and stair carpet.

3. Disposal: All carpet should be placed in the dumpster onsite.

PLEASE BRING IF YOU HAVE THEM:

1. A flat shovel to pry up the carpet.

2. A box knife to cut up the carpet into manageable sections to carry to the dumpster.

Additional Details:

1. bpChurch will save $5,000 by doing the labor ourselves.

2. This must be removed if the sanctuary is to be included in the churchwide tour the following day.

3. The contractor needs this removed this week or they will need to do it themselves to keep the schedule.

Cliff Best will be the Jobsite Supervisor, overseeing all jobsite direction, supervision and safety, as well as quality control.
